Un enrichissement phénoménal des banquiers à partir de rien, à partir du néant, en résulte.

Il faut reconnaître qu'il s'agit d'un montage particulièrement astucieux et qui méritait bien l'acharnement des chasseurs de canards de l'île Jekyll afin d'en peaufiner le mécanisme . Il a d'ailleurs donné entière satisfaction aux heureux prestidigitateurs qui depuis près d'un siècle plument joyeusement les palmipèdes que sont les citoyens américains , ainsi que les citoyens du monde entier. Ils plument aussi les pays pauvres grâce à l'exportation de ce mécanisme et à son application au FMI (Fonds Monétaire International) , à la Banque mondiale et à tous les mécanismes bancaires censés "aider" les pays émergents, alors qu'en réalité, ils les ruinent .

autres banques centrales, mais par les banques privées du monde entier.

échangées dans le casino monétaire dont la "légère"
perte de cinq millards d'euros de la Société Générale
ne donne qu'une faible idée.

Les cent, les mille, les dix mille mains des banquiers auront-elles la force de triompher, une fois de plus , du principe de réalité? La démesure du casino boursier mondial vient de montrer ses limites. Des optimistes invétérés pensent que "le gros de la crise est passé" pendant que les pessimistes attendent l'apocalypse. Mais tout joueur drogué finit par être rejoint un jour ou l'autre par la réalité et la montagne des dettes accumulées par l'Etat américain, par les banques et par les particuliers ne pourra, telle l'échelle de Jacob, monter jusqu'au ciel.

1 - Les Hécatonchires étaient les fils d' Ouranos et de Gaïa, c'étaient des géants à cent bras et cinquante têtes. V. Hugo a utilisé ce mot dans plusieurs œuvres : " Rome a beaucoup de bras. By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of the United States Code, it is ordered as follows: Section 1. Executive Order No. 10289 of September 19, 1951, as amended, is hereby further amended- a. By adding at the end of paragraph 1 thereof the following subparagraph (j): (j) The authority vested in the President by paragraph (b) of section 43 of the Act of May 12,1933, as amended (31 U.S.C.821(b)), to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury not then held for redemption of any outstanding silver certificates, to prescribe the denomination of such silver certificates, and to coin standard silver dollars and subsidiary silver currency for their redemption and -- b. Byrevoking subparagraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 2 thereof. Sec. 2. The amendments made by this Order shall not affect any act done, or any right accruing or accrued or any suit or proceeding had or commenced in any civil or criminal cause prior to the date of this Order but all such liabilities shall continue and may be enforced as if said amendments had not been made.

5 - It is interesting to note how many assassinations of Presidents of the United States follow their concern with the issuing of public currency; Lincoln with his Greenback, non-interest-bearing notes, and Garfield, making a pronouncement on currency problems just before he was assassinated.
